Aaaarrgggh Bureaucracy!
I spent over 1 hour applying online for my british visa tonight and still have to ring the British High Commission tomorrow to ask them all the questions the website doesn't answer.
I suggested to Neil that we might save the $652 fee and I could just bum off him for a year instead of having a work visa but he wasn't inclined to agree ;-)
We have started packing and are about to book flights. ETD is getting close!
Ciao :-)
Two blogs are better than one
Decided to split the craft and travel blogs, now there are two :-)
And people (not mentioning any names older brother!) who don't want to trawl through all the knitting will still be able to catch up on what we're doing overseas!
Ciao, Diane
Great Otway National Park
We had a lovely trip away, our
B&B had open fireplaces in the guest sitting room and in our bedroom - luxury! Photos to right, here's one of the best:
We tramped around the
National Park in the freezing but sunny weather and visited the
12 Apostles before any more fall down!
I am up to the heel turn on my second falling leaves sock and finished Emma while sitting by the fire. One week to go on the to do list!
